I was born and raised in Nigeria and I immigrated to the United States in 2019. I am a student at the University of Indianapolis majoring in Criminal Justice and Political science while also minoring in Legal studies and International Relations. My main goal is to pursue Law as a career but there are still a lot of things I could do with my degrees.

I was raised in a Christian household but was also taught to respect other people’s religions. My parents would always tell me that “Olorun Kan Na Ni An Sin”  Meaning we are all serving one God we just have our different ways of worshiping. I was raised in a community where the 3 main religions in Nigeria were Unified and supported each other but I quickly realized that it was not the case when we Immigrated, I love that I can find that community again at CIC religion is about Love and Unity, not Hate and Conflict.
